Master’s degree (16 years of education) from an Higher Education Commission-recognized university or institution in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or Statistics.

Experience / Skills:

i. Demonstrated expertise in data entry, data handling, database management, and record keeping.

ii. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with database management tools.

iii. Working knowledge of statistical software, such as IBM SPSS Statistics and Stata.

iv. Ability to manage large datasets effectively, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Education:
PhD or MPhil degree from an Higher Education Commission-recognized university in Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy / Public Administration, Sociology, or International Relations.

Experience:
Minimum 05 years of relevant experience for PhD holders or 10 years for MPhil holders, with demonstrated expertise in the following areas:

i. Senior-level experience in policy advisory services, project management, or public sector leadership.

ii. Proven track record in SDGs integration and inter-ministerial coordination.

iii. Sound knowledge of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the broader development context, particularly with prior experience in policy advisory roles.

iv. Strong understanding of international development frameworks, particularly United Nations Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development.

v. Experience in influencing high-level decision-making processes and preparing strategic policy documents.

vi. Relevant work or research experience related to SDGs preferably in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

vii. Experience of engagement with key stakeholders, including multilateral agencies, international organizations, United Nations agencies, and INGOs.

Education:
PhD or MPhil degree from an Higher Education Commission-recognized university in Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, or Sociology.

Experience:

Minimum 03 years of relevant experience for PhD holders or 08 years for MPhil holders in the following areas:

i. Experience in policy, research, or monitoring and evaluation (M&E) at regional, provincial, national, or international levels, including engagement with United Nations agencies and INGOs.
ii. Strong track record in data analysis, policy research, and report writing.

iii. Proficiency in statistical software, web-based management systems, and ICT tools.

iv. Relevant work or research experience related to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) preferably in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

Education: PhD or MPhil degree from an Higher Education Commission-recognized university in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Economics, Climate Change, Disaster Management / DRR, Development Studies, or Biodiversity Conservation.

Experience:

Minimum 05 years of relevant experience for PhD holders or 10 years for MPhil holders in the following areas:

i. Experience in climate policy formulation, development of climate change strategies and action plans, climate financing, Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), National Adaptation Fund mechanisms, and Climate Transparency Frameworks.

ii. Proven track record in multi-stakeholder coordination and inter-agency collaboration within the climate change sector.

iii. Strong knowledge of NDCs, Green Climate Fund (GCF), climate finance, risk assessments, Climate Transparency Framework, and climate change policy implementation frameworks.

iv. Experience of working with national institutions, United Nations agencies, INGOs, or development partners.

v. Experience in the formulation and implementation of environment- and climate change-related projects.

Education: PhD or MPhil degree from an Higher Education Commission-recognized university in Climate Science, Environmental Studies, Disaster Management / DRR, Biodiversity Conservation, Geography, Botany, or GIS & Remote Sensing.

Experience:

Minimum 03 years of relevant experience for PhD holders or 08 years for MPhil holders in the following areas:

i. Experience in climate change, environmental policy, or related fields.

ii. Experience in policy formulation, action planning, climate finance, and project screening / management.

iii. Familiarity with national and state climate change policies and planning processes.

iv. Experience of working with government departments, research institutions, NGOs / INGOs, or development partners.
